We are so proud of Carson for showing Purpose. In PE, Carson allowed a student to reach home safely so they could continue to enjoy the game. He could have got them out but seen they were having fun. Carson made this decision on his own by showing purpose and compassion.

Our carnival is 7 days away! 🎡
FYI first round of carnival games are free for every Odin student. Friends from other school districts are welcome to attend. Tickets will be for sale. $1 for one ticket, $5 for 6 tickets.
Jail, dunk tank & balloon artist are NOT free. Tickets are for sale for these activities $1 per ticket, or $5 for 6 tickets. 🎟️
Dunk tank will only run from 5-6p
Due to balloon artist availability on 80 tickets will be sold. FCFS.
Jail house has rules & a “jail immunity” pass available.
If the weather restricts us from being outside, we will move everything in the big gym.

Last month, high school students attended an ACES competition at Kaskaskia College and Math Field Days at SIUC, testing their Engineering and Math knowledge. The Juniors received Honorable Mention for their team score at Math Field Days, placing 5th out of 16 Class A Illinois high schools.

Birth to Three Screenings and Preschool Screenings are coming up at Odin Public School District #722. 🧸📚
Screenings will be held Tuesday, April 21, 2026, from 1:00–7:00 PM.
All children must complete a screening to be considered for placement in the Pre-K program.
Children who are currently enrolled in Odin PSD Pre-K do not need to be screened again for the fall.
If your child was born on or before June 21, 2023, they are eligible to be screened for a possible Pre-K spot for the upcoming school year.
