Students in Mrs. Morris's (Ms. Rachel) class are "Cooler Than Lemonade" and had a sweet treat after completing their read aloud today! ☀️🍋 Our students all used their "can do attitude and welcoming smile" to make their own sweet & sour concoctions of lemonade with fruit just like Eva did in the story!
Today, Sleep in Heavenly Peace allowed our students to help make beds for less fortunate children in the area. Our students made 30 beds!
The Webber Track meet is canceled for today and the meet has been rescheduled for tomorrow 5/9. Same time. Bus will leave Patoka at 1:00
1st and 2nd grade field trip to the park will be postponed until tomorrow. Please safe your lunches for tomorrow.

Last Friday the Junior High Track Team competed in their regional meet at Salem High School. They did absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! As a team, they broke multiple school records and beat many personal bests. Multiple athletes placed within the top 6 in their events. One team reached above and beyond and placed 2nd in the Boys 7th Grade 4x200m Relay, earning their spot at the State track meet this Saturday in Murphysboro! We would love any support for these boys this weekend! Way to go Eagles!

It's that time of year again and we're celebrating our seniors at the Senior Banquet! Wednesday, April 30th at 6:30 p.m. Seniors and their parents/guardians are invited to a dinner, cooked specially by Mary Lu Minor, as well as to partake in the celebration of awards, certificates, and scholarships.
