Halloween Parade and Party Information
On Friday, October 28th, we will have our annual Halloween Parade and Party. The students will have their regular morning classes. (reading, math, lunch, etc.)
Students are not to wear costumes or costume make-up during the morning hours of school that day.
Please send your child’s costume with them on Friday morning. Please remember the costume should be appropriate for school. NO play weapons of any kind, bloody or gory costumes, or revealing costumes. Please keep in mind that we will be walking around the big block, so make sure your child is wearing sensible shoes and does not have a face mask that could restrict vision.
We will gather in our classrooms at 1:00 pm and then line up for the parade. Parents can come in through the main entrance at 12:50 and wait in the gym to avoid classroom distractions. At 1:15 pm the students will march through the gym and then out the front doors to parade around the block. Students will walk with their classroom teachers. After the parade, students will return to their classrooms for the Halloween parties.
